Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Logistics & Operations Executive to join our team at Utsav App. The Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our platform's operations, particularly in the context of managing the packing, shipping, and delivery process of prasad from the Maa Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati, Assam, to devotees. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for video quality checking of puja videos sent to devotees on the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via - Call, Chats & Email regarding all kinds of queries in English, Hindi & other south Indian languages.
- Providing reasonable solution to customer for their booking related issue.
- Coordinating with the Operations Team for daily status check of customer bookings
- Helping operations team based on requirement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support / experience, operations management, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or religious services industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and temple personnel.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and logistics management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as required, to accommodate fluctuations in prasad packing and delivery schedules.
- Knowledge of Hindu religious customs and practices, particularly related to prasad offerings and rituals, would be an advantage.
