  • Inspect materials and products at various stages of the production process.
  • Verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct visual and/or manual inspections for defects or inconsistencies.
  • Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Communicate with line operators and supervisors regarding quality issues.
  • Recommend adjustments or corrective actions when deviations are identified.
  • Use basic measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to perform quality checks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) where applicable.
  • Participate in quality audits and support root cause analysis.
  • Report recurring quality issues to the Quality Manager for further investigation.
  • Assist in training line staff on quality procedures as needed.
