**Quality Inspector** : Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or related fields

**Inspection & Testing**

Perform dimensional and visual inspections of stamped or pressed components.

Use measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine). Conduct first article inspections and in-process checks during production runs.

**Documentation & Reporting**

Maintain inspection records, quality logs, and non-conformance reports. Prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to supervisors and engineers.

**Process Control**

Monitor press machine operations for consistency and adherence to quality standards. Verify setup and tooling before production begins. Identify and report deviations from specifications or defects.

**Compliance & Standards**

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and internal quality procedures. Support audits and corrective action processes.

**Collaboration**

Work closely with machine operators, production supervisors, and quality engineers. Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: Up to ₹13,500.00 per month
