Job Title: Senior Architect (3–4 Years Experience)

We are looking for a Senior Architect with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled, responsible, and confident in handling both design and on-site coordination.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (knowledge of other design/visualization software is an added advantage).
  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailings.
  • Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and labour teams effectively.
  • Should be able to handle site visits, supervise work progress, and ensure quality execution.
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the design team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and modifying architectural drawings and presentations.
  • Overseeing site execution and ensuring adherence to design standards.
  • Attending client meetings, understanding requirements, and providing timely updates.
  • Coordinating with vendors, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution.
  • Ensuring project timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
