**Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Architect** to design residential and commercial buildings, including plotting layouts, villas, group housing, and commercial spaces. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualization, planning, presentation, and execution of architectural designs aligned with project requirements, compliance standards, and company aesthetics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design & Planning**:

- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, master plans, and detailed drawings.
- Develop floor plans, elevation designs, landscaping, and 3D visualizations.
- Ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Modify existing plans based on feedback from management or clients.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with civil engineers, structural designers, contractors, and MEP consultants.
- Participate in site visits to ensure adherence to design intent.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team for brochures, mockups, and sample flats.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure all plans comply with local building bye-laws, fire norms, NBC, and other regulations.
- Prepare submission drawings for government approvals (JDA, RERA, Municipal authorities, etc.).
- Maintain design records, revisions, and project documentation.
- **Software & Presentations**:

- Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, or similar tools for designs and renders.
- Present concepts to internal teams, clients, and approval authorities.
- **Value Engineering & Innovation**:

- Optimize designs for cost-efficiency and construction feasibility.
- Stay updated with new materials, technologies, and design trends.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong aesthetic and spatial sense
- Knowledge of Vastu (optional but preferred in real estate)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Understanding of green building concepts and sustainable design (preferred)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute
- Registered with Council of Architecture (COA)
- 2-5 years of experience in residential/commercial architecture
- Experience in real estate / colonizer firms preferred

**Working Conditions**
- Full-time, office-based with frequent site visits
- May involve coordination with clients, consultants, and government officials

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
