Whizz HR is on a look for a Front Desk Manager to work with an award winning luxury brand in Mumbai.
Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and raising client invoices accurately and on time, maintaining billing records, coordinating with internal teams for approvals, and following up with clients for timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and raise client invoices as per project milestones, PO, or agreements.
- Ensure accuracy of billing details (taxes, client codes, PO numbers, etc.).
- Maintain records of all invoices raised and payments received.
- Regularly follow up with clients for outstanding payments via email and calls.
- Reconcile client accounts and share payment status reports with management.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payment entries, receipts, and updates.
- Track due dates and send reminders for pending or overdue invoices.
- Support audit and documentation requirements related to invoicing.
- Prepare MIS reports on collections and outstanding payments.
- Assist with personal banking tasks, including managing accounts, transactions, and
reconciliations.
Organizing personal files and documents, raising invoice
• Maintaining a calendar of personal appointments and events
• Arrange hotel bookings and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Manage personal orders and bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive calendar of personal appointments and events.
