  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics, blogs) across all social media platforms.
  • Manage and optimize company profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X)
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align social media strategies with business objectives.
  • Run paid ad campaigns, boost posts, and analyze ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and partnerships.
  • Maintain brand voice, consistency, and aesthetics across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media tools, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Skills in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic/video editing (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing basics.
  • Experience with paid media campaigns and influencer marketing.
  • Understanding of social media automation and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
