Overview The Technical Recruiter - SAP BODS plays a critical role in identifying and attracting top-notch talent to fill positions requiring expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS).   • Negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates to secure top talent.
  • Stay updated on market trends for SAP BODS talent and compensation to better inform hiring strategies.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for prospective employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local universities and technical schools for internship and recruitment opportunities.
  • Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in technical recruiting, preferably in SAP technologies.
  • Strong understanding of SAP BODS and related technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with popular Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in filling specialized technical roles.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition metrics and data analysis.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence outcomes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong work ethic.
  • Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
