Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Management Cloud Specialist
with hands-on experience in
EDMCS, FCCS, and optionally ARCS
to manage, configure, and optimize Oracle EPM cloud applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design, development, deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of EPM solutions, ensuring accurate and timely data flows between systems.

Key Responsibilities
EDMCS

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy EDMCS applications (3–4 years minimum experience).
  • Configure and maintain application components such as views, viewpoints, dimensions, node types, validations, subscriptions, and approval policies.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between EDMCS, FCCS, and Oracle ERP GL for accurate data flow.
  • Work in Linux environments, utilizing shell scripting.
  • Develop and maintain REST API scripts for integrations.
  • Use EPMAutomate scripts for all EPM applications.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and administration tasks.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support to end-users.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and end-users, ensuring best practices.
  • Prepare documentation for technical configurations, processes, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated with Oracle EDMCS updates and recommend system improvements.

FCCS

  • Strong understanding of financial accounting and consolidation processes.
  • Design and configure FCCS modules according to business requirements (financial consolidation, reporting, data validation).
  • Set up consolidation rules, mappings, and security configurations.
  • Define reporting structures, intercompany eliminations, and balance sheet / P&L consolidation rules.
  • Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Oracle FCCS or other EPM/ERP systems.

ARCS (Optional / Nice-to-Have)

  • Implementation experience with Reconciliation and Transaction Matching modules.
  • Configure Auto Submit / Auto Approve rules at profile and format levels.
  • Experience with application migration.
  • Data loading using Data Management and pre-mapped balances/transactions.
  • Setup integration in Data Management to pick up data from file/ERP Cloud/BIP Reports to Reconciliation Manager and Transaction Matching Targets.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in EDMCS design, configuration, and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of FCCS module setup and consolidation processes.
  • Proficiency in Linux environment, shell scripting, REST APIs, and EPMAutomate.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud best practices.
  • Good communication skills for collaboration with functional and technical teams.

Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with ARCS / Reconciliation and Transaction Matching modules.
  • Experience in application migration and advanced Data Management setups.
