Job Description

Designation: Marketing cum Campus recruitment Executive/Manager

Experience: 0 - 2 yrs

Salary:up-to 25K pm | negotiable

Age: Must be less than 29 years

Working 5 DAYS A Week

Qualification:

MBA, Btech, MTech, MCA

Preferable Joining: Immediate or less than 10 days.

Job Description:

  1. MUST have knowledge in scheduling campus visits.
  2. MUST be willing for traveling job.
  3. MUST have knowledge of IT hiring.
  4. Candidates follow ups, Interview handling, Advertising about current openings
  5. Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
  6. Handling recruitment process & training.
  7. Handling of queries related to training and recruitment process.
  8. Handle marketing of our new modules.
  9. Any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Convincing skills, Presentation skills, Analytical skills ,Training Skills, Excellent negotiation skills
  3. Job Interviewing Skills
  4. Quick learner, hard worker & Well versed in MS Excel
