Job Responsibilities :

• Drive and facilitate requirement workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Define project scope, boundaries, and assumptions, creating a clear scope matrix.
• Develop and validate Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Create detailed workflows, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
• Analyze existing systems and identify integration points for mobile solutions.
• Define and document API integration requirements and specifications.
• Review technical specifications and API mappings in conjunction with the FSD.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful API implementation.
• Conduct thorough GAP analysis between current state and desired future state for mobile solutions.
• Identify functional and non-functional gaps and propose solutions.
• Document GAP analysis findings and recommendations.
• Review test cases and scenarios to ensure comprehensive requirement fulfillment.
• Review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria and facilitate internal sign-offs.
• Establish and maintain strong collaboration between various stakeholders for effective requirement gathering and closure.
• Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project.
• Apply Iterative and Agile methodologies effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to project standards and contribute to their enforcement.
• Identify and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to ensuring delivery quality.

Job Qualifications :

• Graduate degree from a reputed institute with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and articulation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proven experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) space.
• Specific experience and domain knowledge in client onboarding, KYC (Know

Your Customer), and card domains is highly preferred.

• Understanding of digital technologies, technical concepts, and project management principles.
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and building strong partnerships.
• Familiarity with Iterative and Agile development methodologies.
• Proven ability to effectively apply methodologies and enforce project standards.
• Strong risk identification and mitigation skills.

• Experience with specific API integration tools or platforms.
• Familiarity with mobile application development lifecycles.
