Job Description:

The job description is as below:

  1. Final Assembly Testing of all equipment at our factory.

2. Travel all over india and export for service activity of Pharma machines.
3. Check job related documents like MOM, Packing list, Compliance, utility check list ,P&ID and GA
drawing before visit to client.
4. At site take care about packing boxes and it shifting up to last location.
5. After installation verification of all materials as per packing list and report to be sign from client.
6. During commissioning as per our documents start machine and verify the all reports before
client checking. For any deviation, inform to superior on same day.
7. During warranty time follow up with client for machine feed back.
8. Follow up for spares requirement of his area. For loan base material, he has to follow all activity
in accurate.
9. During AMC visit he has to visit with check list and daily reports should be prepared accordingly.
10. Open service call in accurate, after visit- entry of visit report and voucher to be make in accurate.
11. All service related reports he has to scan and save to daily report folder job wise.
12. Follow ISO 9000 process and conduct all activity mentioned in it.
13. Ready for any job rotation or new responsibility.

Designation: Service Engineer

Experience : 1-4 years approx. in Pharma/process or similar Industry.

Qualification: B.E (preference wise - Electronic/Electrical /instrumentation/Mechanical)

Speaking & writing in English Language is essential .

Equipment installation and commission along with Site qualification and validation.

Should be ready to sign agreement for taking some foreign training and foreign visit.

Should have valid passport.

Should be ready for extensive travelling.

Location: Ahmedabad /GOA.

Products to be handled: SKAN isolator & Castus Stopper processor.

Mon to Sat working days and Office Time to 5.00 (flexible up to 9.00)
