Join Open Systems as a Business Operations Specialist

Your Mission:

Join us as a Business Operations Specialist and play a key role in shaping seamless connections between our providers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will manage the preparation of quotations, contract formation, negotiation support, invoicing, and operational coordination. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all processes.

Our Connectivity Department serves as the crucial interface between Internet Service Providers and our customers, ensuring a highly automated, efficient, and modern approach to global network operations.

Your roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing quotations and other documentation to support operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage customer quotations, contracts, and related documentation.
• Support negotiation processes and assist in closing deals.
• Handle invoice-related activities, including checking, sharing, and compiling invoices.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales, and Implementation to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain timelines and accuracy for invoice processing and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational guidelines.
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Your Profile:

• A positive and proactive work attitude, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
• A bachelor's or master's degree in business administrations, Economics, or similar.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales operations or a similar role. (In telecommunications a strong plus)
• Strong understanding of quotation, contract, and invoicing processes.
• Proficiency in Excel & Word, Salesforce & Dynamics (great plus)
• Fluency in English (spoken & written)
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
