We are hiring for Process Trainer position who will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of our team.

Job Location Thane, Mumbai

Budget - Up to 6 LPA

** On Paper experience as a Trainer in any international process for at least 1 year into BPO is a must. **

Role and Responsibilities:

  • New Hire Training (NHT): Lead training sessions for new hires focused on customer service skills, process knowledge, and product knowledge (CORE Training).
  • Floor Support: Provide on-the-job support and guidance to trainees as per process requirements, helping them apply their learning effectively.
  • Quality Coordination: Collaborate with the quality team to conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure training programs are aligned with performance metrics.
  • Feedback and Sessions: Conduct feedback sessions and additional training as required, ensuring continuous improvement and skill development.
  • Attrition and Throughput Management: Monitor and manage trainee attrition rates and throughput, implementing strategies to enhance retention and performance.
  • Refresher Training: Organize and deliver refresher training sessions to reinforce key concepts and update teams on new processes or products.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Process Trainer for any international processes is required.
  • Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) would be beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and engage trainees.
