Job Summary:

Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computers, laptops, and mobile devices. Ensures optimal system performance, data security, and customer satisfaction through accurate troubleshooting and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related issues in computers and mobile devices.
  • Replace or repair defective components such as screens, motherboards, batteries, and hard drives.
  • Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and essential software.
  • Perform data backup, recovery, and virus removal.
  • Maintain service records and report recurring technical issues.
  • Advise customers on maintenance, upgrades, and optimal device usage.
  • Ensure proper inventory management of tools and spare parts.
  • Test and verify repaired devices before delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Computer Hardware, Networking, or Mobile Repair.
  • Proven experience in computer and smartphone repair.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS systems.
  • Ability to use diagnostic and repair tools efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic networking and system configuration knowledge.
  • Experience with data recovery tools and BIOS troubleshooting.
  • Customer service and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
