Role & responsibilities

  • Call and connect with potential customers from leads generated via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and website.
  • Understand customer requirements (breed preference, city, gender, budget, family situation).
  • Share photos, videos, and details of available puppies/kittens.
  • Explain price, health certificate, vaccination status, and other Good Furs benefits.
  • Guide first-time pet parents about breed temperament, size, and suitability.
  • Build trust and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Follow up with interested leads until closure.
  • Maintain lead records in CRM and update status (new, interested, follow-up, closed).
  • Coordinate with the Puppy Coach team for expert consultations if required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Telesales / Customer Handling (freshers with strong communication may also apply).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
  • Comfortable in making outbound calls and handling customer queries on phone & WhatsApp.
  • Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM).
  • Interest or passion for pets/animals will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle first-time pet buyers with empathy and patience.
  • Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
