We're seeking a Creative Video Editor who can bring our brand to life through engaging, emotion-driven, and platform-ready videos. Whether it's an Instagram reel, a brand film, or an in-app tutorial - you will craft videos that are both scroll-stopping and story-driven. This role is perfect for someone who's obsessed with trends, has an instinct for storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven startup.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Video Content


• Edit reels, shorts, and vertical videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.


• Create engaging motion graphics for carousels or story posts.


• Work closely with the design and marketing team to repurpose visual assets into video formats.


• Stay updated on trends and use them creatively for parenting and product-based content.

Brand & Campaign Videos


• Edit product walkthroughs, campaign promos, and brand story videos.


• Assist with storytelling for launch videos and social ad creatives.


• Ensure consistency in tone, typography, sound, and colour grading.

Performance-Driven Video Ads


• Collaborate with the marketing team to create ad-friendly videos with strong hooks, short durations, and clear CTAs.


• Support A/B testing by creating multiple cuts or versions of the same content.


• Optimise videos for platform-specific dimensions and performance (meta ads, YouTube, Instagram).

Asset & Workflow Management


• Maintain an organised library of video clips, templates, transitions, and brand assets.


• Ensure delivery timelines are met for weekly content plans and campaign needs.

Skills & Requirements


• 1–3 years of hands-on video editing experience for social media and digital brands.


• Strong portfolio featuring Instagram Reels, short-form edits, and brand stories.


• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar.


• Knowledge of motion design, sound design, and storytelling techniques.


• Bonus: Familiarity with the parenting, ed-tech, or wellness space.


• Self-starter with the ability to take creative feedback and iterate quickly.
