Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team as a MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Design and Engineering expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of MEP systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of MEP systems for various projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) MEP models using Revit and BIM MEP software
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing MEP systems and provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements
  • Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices in MEP design and engineering
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development

Requirements
Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in MEP design and engineering, preferably in a consulting firm or a similar industry
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

  • Skills:

  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM MEP software

  • Strong understanding of MEP design principles, codes, and standards

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, IBC, NEC)
  • Salary: ₹241,000 - ₹480,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
