Senior Resident Md Medicine

We are looking for a compassionate MD Physician Senior Resident in a medical college manages patient care, supervises junior staff, conducts research, educates students, and ensures compliance with medical standards, requiring a medical degree, residency completion, and excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and treating conditions, mentoring residents and students, developing treatment plans, maintaining records, and engaging in continuous learning and research.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care:

Provide direct, comprehensive care to patients, diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic conditions.

Supervision and Mentorship:

Oversee and mentor junior medical students, interns, and residents, offering guidance and support.

Medical Education:

Develop and deliver lectures, seminars, and educational activities to students and staff.

Research and Development:

Participate in clinical research and trials, contributing to medical advancements and the development of clinical guidelines.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including attending physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and medical standards.

Education Required. MD General Medicine or DNB

Experience Required. Fresher or 01 years
