We are looking for an experienced **BAMS Medical Officer** with strong ICU/critical care exposure to join our healthcare team in Mau. The role involves managing ICU patients under the supervision of senior doctors, monitoring critical cases, and ensuring timely medical intervention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide round-the-clock medical care to ICU patients.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage emergency situations.
- Assist in critical care procedures and coordinate with senior physicians.
- Maintain patient case sheets, treatment records, and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and ICU standards.
- Communicate effectively with patient attendants regarding patient condition.

**Requirements**:

- BAMS degree from a recognized institution (registered with State/CCIM).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in NICU/ICU/critical care.
- Strong knowledge of emergency protocols and ICU patient management.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle critical cases.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
