Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Sanitary Napkins / Hygiene Industry (10+ yrs Sales & Operations)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong background in the sanitary napkins / personal hygiene industry. The candidate must bring 10+ years of proven experience in sales and operations within this sector and be capable of driving business growth, managing large teams, and overseeing full P&L responsibility.

Location: Mumbai (Khar)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization's overall strategy, business development, and market expansion.
  • Drive sales growth through effective distribution networks and channel management.
  • Manage end-to-end operations including procurement, production coordination, and supply chain.
  • Oversee P&L management with focus on profitability and cost control.
  • Build and lead high-performing sales and operations teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and product innovations in the hygiene segment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Represent the company in front of stakeholders, clients, and industry bodies.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Minimum 10 years of experience in the sanitary napkins / hygiene products industry in sales and operations.
  • Proven leadership experience with strong decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience in managing large teams and scaling businesses.
  • Strong understanding of hygiene market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to work from Mumbai (Khar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per month

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
