As a CRM Management specialist, your role will involve setting up and maintaining contact, deal, and ticket properties. You will be responsible for configuring pipelines, managing data imports, deduplication, and segmentation. Additionally, you will establish lead scoring models and lifecycle stages to optimize customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling user and access management by creating and managing user accounts, roles, and permissions. - Maintaining security protocols and auditing user activity to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. - Designing and maintaining workflows for lead routing, sales handoffs, and ticketing. - Setting up email sequences, notifications, task creation, and follow-ups to streamline processes. - Utilizing Operations Hub for custom automation and data synchronization to enhance operational efficiency. To excel in this role, you should have: - In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub. - Experience with custom properties, deal workflows, forms, CTAs, and chatbots. - Strong analytical skills using HubSpot's reporting tools for data quality management and segmentation strategy. Your ability to translate business needs into automated workflows and optimize processes for lead-to-close and support pipelines will be critical. Experience with third-party integrations and familiarity with HubSpot APIs will be beneficial in streamlining operations. Possessing certifications in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Software, Sales Software, Reporting, and Operations Hub will add value to your profile. This full-time or contractual role with a 12-month contract offers benefits such as health insurance and the flexibility of working from home.
