About the Role

As a Google and Meta Ads Specialist focused on D2C brand growth, you'll scale eCommerce businesses using data-driven strategies across both major platforms. Your role centers on planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROAS and increase conversions. A crucial element is conducting comprehensive account audits to find inefficiencies in bidding, targeting, budget allocation, and creative across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), ensuring efficient ad spend. You'll analyze campaign structure, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and competitor benchmarks to unlock scaling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management & Optimization (Google & Meta):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, etc.) and Meta Ads to maximize ROAS.

  • Conduct in-depth research (keywords, audiences) and optimize bid/budget strategies.
  • Continuously A/B test ad creatives (copy, visuals, videos) and refine targeting for better conversion rates.
  • Monitor key KPIs (Spend, CTR, CPA, ROAS) across platforms, making real-time adjustments.
  • Ad Account Audits & Strategy Development:

  • Perform comprehensive audits of Google Ads and Merchant Centre accounts (including Meta structure/performance).

  • Identify inefficiencies, wasted spend, and clear areas for optimization and scaling.
  • Provide detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for account health improvement.
  • Stay current on platform changes and new features to refine cross-platform strategies.
  • Client Support & Performance Reporting:

  • Collaborate with clients to align paid advertising with business goals.

  • Deliver timely performance reports, insights, and data-backed recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues (tracking, disapprovals) across both ecosystems.
  • Educate clients on platform best practices and emerging trends.
  • Audits & Strategy:

  • Create and present customized Google Ads and Meta Ads audit reports and strategy proposals.

  • Assist in proposal creation, pitching strategies, and contract negotiation.
  • Recommend holistic paid advertising strategies that leverage the strengths of both Google and Meta.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copies and visuals tailored for each platform.

  • Work with web/analytics teams to improve landing page experience and conversion rates.
About You
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in managing and scaling Google Ads (Shopping/Search) and Meta Ads campaigns, preferably for eCommerce.
  • Strong expertise across Google Search, Shopping, PMax, and Meta platforms.
  • Proven ability to audit, optimize, and scale ad accounts, manage budgets, and drive high ROI.
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and setting up robust conversion tracking across both Google and Meta pixels/APIs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
