Role Description

Social Media Associate

We are seeking an experienced associate to help manage our social channels across multiple markets. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, reporting and optimization of our social media strategy across multiple platforms. Attention to details, strong analytics expertise and collaboration skills are needed to achieve desired, goal-oriented results.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as back-up for scheduling and monitoring organic social posts across multiple platforms and markets (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube)

Manage YouTube channel uploads, SEO, embed codes and metrics/reporting

Maintain social calendar overview

Assist in managing, executing and reporting on employee social media advocacy platform

Develop UTM parameters and other reporting/tagging needs

Assist in cross channel/cross campaign social reporting and insights

Maintain on-going competitive insights and best practice overviews

Qualifications:

3-5 years of hands-on experience managing social channels

Experience posting social media natively across multiple platforms (LI, FB, IG, X, YT)

Experience using social media management platform (Hootsuite preferred)

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiently in MSOffice (Excel, PP, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other digital marketing channels

Experience with Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics (or another CRM platform) and Demandbase (or another ABM platform)

Familiarity with web analytics tools
