Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our finance

team as an OTC Cash Application Analyst. The ideal candidate will have hands-on

experience in cash application processes, strong reconciliation skills, and a solid

understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle.

Job Description:

  • Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of bank statements and customer ledgers.
  • Investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied payments.
  • Collaborate with collections and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Generate and analyze cash application reports.
  • Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Profile Description:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or related).
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in cash application or accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of the OTC process.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
