Position: Finance Controller

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: Vice President / General Manager / Head of Finance

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead key financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive business performance. The role involves managing accounting, reporting, taxation, and financial control functions while partnering with business teams to improve efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive key financial initiatives and ensure timely execution with management and project teams.
  • Monitor and report business performance; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage collections, overdues, and receivables; ensure timely reconciliations and documentation.
  • Oversee project-wise and segment-wise performance and cost analysis.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with companys financial and commercial policies.
  • Lead monthly reviews on expenses, budgets, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support taxation and statutory compliance activities, including handling of VAT/GST litigation.
  • Supervise and guide the finance team (23 members).
  • Coordinate with legal and supply chain teams on cases and inventory reduction.

Candidate Profile:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with years of experience.
  • Strong background in accounting, taxation, reporting, and project financial management.
  • Experience in team handling and stakeholder management.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven professional with the ability to implement process improvements.
