We're hiring a creative and passionate Video Editor to bring our campaign stories to life
If you can turn raw footage into powerful, emotional, and engaging videos that connect with people — this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage from campaign videographers into high-quality final videos
- Create short reels, promo videos, and campaign highlights for social media platforms
- Add music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, and campaign branding
- Collaborate with the social media & content team to match tone, theme, and messaging
- Maintain consistency, quality, and fast turnaround during campaign rush hours
- Manage and organize video archives for digital campaigns
Required Skills:
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Knowledge of color grading, transitions, and storytelling techniques
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and pacing
- Understanding of social media video formats (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Hindi text overlays & campaign messaging is a plus
- Teamwork and leadership ability
- Politically aware and enthusiastic about public work
Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in Film Editing, Media, or related field (Preffered, Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience in video editing or social media content creation
- Portfolio or past work samples can be useful
Experience in political campaigns, marketing, or event coordination (preferred but not mandatory)
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
