Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with strong exposure to Test Automation and hands-on experience in web and mobile testing. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, ensuring high-quality delivery in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tricentis TOSCA, Selenium, and programming in Java/Python, along with knowledge of performance testing and API automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective test automation strategies for web, mobile, API, and desktop applications.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using TOSCA, Selenium, and related tools.
• Collaborate with QA and Development teams to ensure quality standards and continuous testing practices.
• Integrate automation frameworks with qTest and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git).
• Perform performance testing using JMeter and analyze results.
• Ensure compliance with Agile testing methodologies (BDD, TDD, ATDD).
• Log and track defects, provide detailed analysis, and maintain regression models.
• Deliver key quality control documentation and training materials.
• Champion automation best practices and advocate quality within Agile teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in test automation and quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA and Selenium.
• Programming proficiency in Java and/or Python.
• Exposure to API automation, desktop, web, mobile, DB, and mainframe testing.
• Experience with JMeter for performance testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and Agile tools (Jira, Scrum).
• Strong understanding of Agile testing frameworks and continuous integration concepts.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

• Experience with Cucumber, Appium, JUnit, and BDD/TDD practices.
• Exposure to Generative AI in testing workflows.
• Knowledge of DevOps and automation framework design.
• Familiarity with financial services or insurance domain.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
