Automation Test Engineer

Location: On-site/ Noida

Experience Required: 4 to 7 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic QA team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java, Selenium, Playwright, and Python, along with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and drive end-to-end QA strategy aligned with business and product goals

Develop, maintain, and enhance Playwright-based automation frameworks

Implement automated testing for UI, API, and end-to-end workflows

Leverage AI/ML-based testing tools for test optimization, self-healing tests, and defect prediction

Define test coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Perform root cause analysis for defects and production issues

Continuously evaluate and introduce modern QA tools and techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Test Automation

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)

Solid understanding of test automation architecture and QA strategy

Experience with AI-assisted testing tools (test generation, self-healing, analytics , KaneAI)'

Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Experience testing APIs , AI models testing and backend services

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure).

Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.

Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.

ISTQB Certification or equivalent is a plus.
