We have a requirement for a Full Time Placement Operations person in our Placement Team

at Imarticus Learning.

● Relevant placement Ops, learner engagement and coordination experience preferred.

● Looking for experience in the range of 2-5 years

Roles and Responsibilties:

● Placement MIS, Operations and Coordination.

● Coordinate with the learners for Placements, job opportunities and interview process,

interview schedules, shortlisting and follow ups.

● Manage Placement MIS and Operations.

● Record learner's database batch wise.

● Posting the opportunities to the learners.

● Provide monthly, quarterly and annual placement data to related stakeholders.

● Should be able to prepare and present reports, presentations and placement data.

● Need good communication skills and be strong on MS Excel. Should be able to multitask.

● Should have a good hold on learners as the major role involves learner coordination, data

management and multitasking.
