Responsiblefor supervising the team to work on assigned cases MonitorTeam's production and SLA delivery Keep arecord of client KPIs and team's performance against the KPIs Monitorthe issue logs raised by the client partners and review each issue log prior tobeing escalated to the customer Providesubject matter expertise on Accounts Receivable processes Manageand handle effectively escalations raised by the clients Providementorship, training and coaching to the team Adhereto organizational policies and procedures Lead byexample by demonstrating the highest standards of ethical behaviour Monitoringand reporting team performance as needed Keep theStandard Operating Procedures updated and establish due control mechanisms Workwith quality and business transformation team to identify, recommend andimplement process improvement projects RequirementsTo be considered for thisposition, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:Account team leadershipexperience leading 6 -10 individualsHand onexperience in Medical Billing Demonstrated expertise in problem -solving and revenue cycle transformation (for e.g. improvement in % ofcollections, growth of the client account team size etc.) Performance record of achievement withgreat people management & leadership skills Proven track record in problem solvingand improving process efficiency through strong analytical and problem solvingskills Excellent written & verbalcommunication skills Strong leadership skills with an abilityto motivate direct reports Develop the team's talent, driveemployee retention and engagement.
