Our client, a global energy management and automation organization is looking for a Senior Staff Developer.

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Staff Developer with deep expertise in C#.NET, WPF, and ReactJS. This role demands strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a strategic mindset to drive feature design, code quality, and architectural alignment. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical pillar within the team, collaborating closely with system and enterprise architects, mentoring developers, and ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities-

Lead the design of complex features and modules.

Collaborate with system and enterprise architects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Act as a go-to expert for resolving technical challenges.

Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, architects, and other teams.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Drive innovation and efficiency in development processes.

Ensure timely delivery of user stories as per sprint timelines.

Collaborate closely with Scrum Master, Agile Test Team, and other stakeholders.

Based on the need, contribute for development activities as well as an individual contributor.

Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on experience in C#.NET, WPF, and ReactJS.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and UI/UX principles.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
