Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of IT asset management tools and systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Lansweeper). Familiarity with IT hardware types, configurations, and specifications. Organizational and Analytical Skills:Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and asset tracking.
Strong analytical skills to identify asset-related trends and areas for improvement. Communication and Collaboration:Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Certification:Certification in IT Asset Management (e.g., IAITAM CHAMP or CITAM) is preferred. Essential:Oversee the acquisition, deployment, inventory, maintenance, and disposal of IT hardware assets. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate inventory of IT hardware assets using asset management tools.
Collaborate with procurement teams to manage hardware purchases and vendor contracts. Ensure hardware asset management complies with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor and control hardware asset costs, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
Minimum Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
