Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients at the reception with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily consultation calendar
  • Guide patients through treatment plans with clarity and empathy
  • Counsel patients about non-surgical treatment options offered at the clinic
  • Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp for consultation bookings
  • Convert telephonic and WhatsApp inquiries into confirmed appointments
  • Maintain patient records and update treatment progress in the system
  • Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Handle payment transactions, issue receipts, and maintain daily billing records
  • Support in managing clinic ambience and first impressions
  • Track patient satisfaction and encourage reviews/testimonials

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and counselling abilities
  • Confident phone and WhatsApp communication
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, Google Sheets)
  • Organized, proactive, and a team player
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in clinic, hospital, wellness, or healthcare customer service
  • Background in tele-sales or client counselling is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
