**Overview**:As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive at our Advertising and Branding Agency, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. By leveraging your communication skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail, you will contribute to the agency's growth and success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and reliability.
- Understand each client's unique needs, preferences, and objectives to provide tailored solutions and personalized support.
- Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
- **Campaign Coordination and Execution**:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and account management, to develop and implement effective advertising and branding campaigns.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure seamless execution and adherence to client expectations.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights, and generate reports to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- **Strategic Planning and Upselling**:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop strategic recommendations and upselling strategies to expand client portfolios and maximize revenue generation.
- Present proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients, showcasing the agency's capabilities and value proposition effectively.
- **CRM System Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, interactions, and communications within the CRM system.
- Utilize CRM tools and software to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and forecast sales projections.
- Implement best practices and workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in client management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within the advertising or marketing industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
