As a Senior Product Designer at , you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface of our products.

What Youll Be Doing :

- Lead Design Solutions : Own and execute design projects that span multiple product areas, creating scalable and flexible design systems.

- Product Vision & Strategy : Refine and improve the long-term direction of our products, working independently or with partners to define strategic design goals.

- User Research & Data-Informed Design : Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions, ensuring our solutions effectively address user needs.

- Visual & Interaction Design Excellence : Deliver high-quality, visually polished, and highly usable designs, considering accessibility, responsiveness, and edge cases.

- Design Systems Contribution : Help evolve our design systems, improving consistency and efficiency across platform.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from concept to implementation.

- Mentorship & Leadership : Provide guidance to junior designers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of design excellence.

What Youll Bring To The Role :

years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work.

- Large Language Model powered products such as Chatbot and Voicebot.

- Contact Center Industry domain knowledge.

- Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and usability best practices.

- Experience working with design systems and contributing to scalable UI frameworks.

- Ability to translate complex problems into simple and elegant solutions with a deep understanding of information architecture and workflow design.

- Strong storytelling and communication skills, capable of presenting design rationale and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience conducting user research and data analysis to drive product improvements.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to drive projects independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
