Key Position Responsibilities:

  • Review customer requirements and recommend suitable PLC/HMI solutions.
  • Develop and validate I/O lists, control logic (Ladder, ST, FBD), and HMI interfaces.
  • Collaborate with electrical teams to ensure system integration and compliance with standards.
  • Conduct in-house testing, simulate PLC programs, and ensure functional accuracy.
  • Perform site visits for system commissioning, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide remote/on-site support during installation and post-deployment phases.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including manuals, wiring diagrams, and application notes.
  • Deliver training sessions for customers and internal teams on PLC/HMI systems.
  • Coordinate with IT for monthly project archiving and data security.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in PLC programming and HMI development, preferably in manufacturing.

Skills:

  • Expertise in PLCs, HMI configuration (WinCC, FactoryTalk), and industrial protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, panel design, and automation safety standards.
