Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Nurse cum Receptionist for our Outpatient Department (OPD) clinic. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent patient care, and managing front desk responsibilities.
**Responsibilities:**
**Patient Care:**
Assist in patient registration and documentation.
Perform basic nursing duties, including measuring vital signs, administering medications, and providing basic medical assistance.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients.
**Front Desk Management:**
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information.
**Administrative Duties:**
Ensure the efficient flow of paperwork, including insurance forms and medical records.
Manage billing and payment transactions.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
**Communication:**
Liaise between patients, medical staff, and administrative personnel.
Communicate effectively with patients to provide necessary information and instructions.
**Compliance:**
Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Ensure patient confidentiality and data protection.
**Qualifications:**
Degree or diploma in nursing.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Valid nursing license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with medical terminology and administrative procedures.
