Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Implementation: Lead the implementation of Business Central solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
  • Requirement Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, document findings, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Solution Configuration: Configure Business Central to meet the specific needs of the client, including setup of modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, addressing their queries, providing updates, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to clients to ensure they are effectively using Business Central and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Testing: Conduct system testing to ensure that configurations and customizations are working as expected and address any issues that arise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to communicate requirements and oversee the implementation of customizations and integrations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in Business Central, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
