Job Description:

The Network Engineer (L2) is responsible for providing advanced support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, focusing on MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) environments. This role involves handling escalated issues from L1 teams, performing network configurations, implementing routing policies, and ensuring optimal network performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network incidents and service requests related to MPLS, WAN, LAN, and VPN.

· Configuration of MPLS networks.

· Collaborate with L3 engineers for root cause analysis and long-term solutions.

· Perform network setup, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.

· Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and topology.

· Ensure network compliance with organizational policies and SLAs.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in network engineering, with proven MPLS expertise.

· Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and network security principles.

· Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
