Management Trainees for

  • Software Product Management - champion the design and configuration of fintech, healthtech and enterprise software products,
  • Human Resources - managing various HR functions, including payroll processing, operational tasks, basic accounting duties, and recruitment activities
  • Accounting - Bookkeeping, Finalization of Accounts, Financial Reports & Taxation
  • Finance - Valuation, Investor Interaction, Startup Onboarding & Financial Advisory
  • Digital Sales & Marketing - managing digital marketing campaigns, including SMS, web, SEO/SEM, email, social media to bring and generate leads
  • DevOps - Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
  • Fair understanding of AI and ML technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

Additional Information:

  • 6 months' training @ 7500/-pm Stipend
  • 15000/-pm and above upon confirmation and based on performance, plus additional quarterly performance bonus.
  • Performance driven confirmation bonus of upto 45000/-
  • 3 Months interim review for exceptional performers and early confirmation
  • Work Location: In person at Thane
  • Only Mumbai/Thane candidates will be preferred
