About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic BPO team as Customer Support Executives. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, wed love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls or emails.
  • Resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate (any stream)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
