- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance objectives.
- Provide clients with education on home buying and financial planning before committing to loans.
- Manage customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Assist in resolving any client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare reports on sales activity and market conditions for management review.
- Comply with all banking regulations and policies in the processing of home loans.
- Work collaboratively with underwriters and other team members to ensure a smooth loan process.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in home loans or financial services.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan structures, and related regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales technology tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer financial information and product suitability.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
