Key responsibilities
- Employee records management: Maintain and update employee files and internal HR databases.
- Recruitment and hiring support: Assist with tasks like scheduling interviews, screening candidates, generating offer letters, and managing recruitment paperwork.
- Onboarding and offboarding: Coordinate new hire inductions and help with exit procedures.
- Administrative support: Handle various administrative duties such as coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and processing expense forms.
- Benefits and payroll assistance: Support the payroll department with information on employee hours and leave, and assist employees with benefits enrollment.
- Policy and compliance: Help implement and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Reporting and communication: Generate HR reports (e.g., on attrition rates) and communicate HR-related information to employees.
- Employee relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, answer questions, and help resolve HR-related issues.
