Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial transactions, records, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the real estate industry and hands-on expertise in Tally ERP and Odoo software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records in Tally ERP and Odoo.
  • Handle Accounts Payable/Receivable, bank reconciliation, and vendor/client payments.
  • Prepare and maintain GST returns, TDS filings, invoices, and compliance reports.
  • Manage project-wise accounting, including booking income and tracking expenses for each project.
  • Ensure timely monthly/quarterly/yearly closings and preparation of financial statements.
  • Monitor and report on cash flow, budget utilization, and profitability for real estate projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, billing, and collections.
  • Assist in preparing data for audits, income tax, and other statutory filings.
  • Implement and maintain internal accounting controls.
