Job Summary:

We are seeking an RPA & Automation Engineer responsible for designing automated solutions using leading Robotic Process Automation platforms. The role requires hands-on expertise in automation workflows, process optimization and enterprise system integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deploy
    RPA workflows
    using leading tools
  • Automate business processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
  • Work with
    Decision Management Solutions (DMS)
    and rule-based systems
  • Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases and enterprise applications
  • Optimize existing automation pipelines for performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3–10 years of experience in
    RPA/Automation
  • Hands-on expertise with tools such as
    UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, orchestration and integration
  • Experience with
    Business Intelligence (BI)
    tools or reporting workflows
  • Strong scripting capability (Python preferred)
  • Exposure to event-driven systems and messaging platforms

Good to Have

  • Understanding of ML/AI-based automation enhancements
  • Experience with data engineering or cloud-based automation
