As we expand our Pilates program, we're looking for a
Senior Pilates Instructor
who brings both technical mastery and a deeply mindful approach to movement.

About the Role

As a Senior Pilates Instructor at Kaizen, you'll play a key role in leading group classes, conducting private sessions, and mentoring junior instructors. You'll help clients move better, feel stronger, and connect more deeply with their bodies.

teach
Pilates but
lives
it, someone who believes that movement is medicine, alignment is art, and breath is the bridge to transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality private and group Pilates sessions (Reformer, Mat, and Equipment-based).
• Assess client needs and design personalised programs to improve mobility, posture, and strength.
• Mentor and support junior instructors to maintain Kaizen's standard of excellence.
• Collaborate with recovery and mindfulness teams to create integrated wellness programs.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, energy, and client care.
• Stay current with Pilates education, anatomy, and wellness research to continuously elevate practice.

Requirements

• Certified Pilates Instructor (advanced/expert-level training preferred).
• Minimum
  3–5 years
  of professional Pilates teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, movement science, and program design.
• Skilled in both
  Reformer and Mat Pilates
  (knowledge of other apparatus is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to guide with clarity and compassion.
• Passion for holistic wellness and commitment to continuous learning.
