Role Summary
Responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, finance entries, and basic administrative operations, including documentation, HR support, and quotation preparation. The role ensures accurate record keeping, smooth coordination among departments, and timely reporting.
KRA: Task / Activities
Accounting & Finance (60%)
● Enter daily purchase, sales, payment, and receipt vouchers in Tally Prime.
● Maintain party-wise ledgers, verify bills, and match payments.
● Prepare and share daily/weekly outstanding reports.
● Support GST filing – export data, sales/purchase summary.
● Record and reconcile bank transactions monthly.
Administrative Tasks (25%)
● Manage attendance tracking, leave register, and HR/admin documentation.
● Maintain files, invoices, receipts, quotations, and correspondence.
● Coordinate with sales and store teams for approvals and document flow.
● Handle communication with dealers, vendors, and service providers.
Quotation & Excel Work (15%)
● Prepare dealer quotations and maintain Excel templates.
● Maintain price lists and rate revision trackers.
● Assist management in MIS and report preparation.
KPI: Performance Metrics
● Timely and error-free data entry in Tally.
● Accuracy of ledgers, reconciliation, and reports.
● On-time submission of quotations and MIS reports.
● Efficient coordination and communication across departments.
Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

● Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, formatting, quotations)
● Basic understanding of GST processes and reports
● Experience in trading/distribution companies
