The Graduate Trainee – Sales position is designed for dynamic individuals aspiring to build a career in media and advertising sales. The role offers structured on-the-job training under experienced mentors, providing exposure to both television and digital media sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and developing new clients and advertising opportunities across media platforms.
  • Support sales planning, client servicing, and proposal preparation.
  • Coordinate with marketing and content teams for campaign integration.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and performance data.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and adherence to sales processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred). Other graduates or postgraduates with sales aptitude may apply.
  • Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in media, advertising, or marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for media, sales, and client engagement.
  • Willingness to travel and learn.
