The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the office, assisting staff with day-to-day tasks, serving beverages, handling small errands, and supporting smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, and pantry.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, and document filing when needed.
  • Assist in handling couriers, documents, and deliveries.
  • Support administrative staff with basic office errands (bank work, stationery purchase, etc.).
  • Maintain proper inventory of pantry and cleaning supplies.
  • Ensure all office equipment (printer, copier, etc.) are properly used and maintained.
  • Open and close office premises on time and assist during office events.
  • Follow hygiene and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1–3 years (preferred).
  • Punctual, honest, and well-behaved.
  • Basic understanding of English and Hindi/Bengali.
  • Willingness to assist in various office-related tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.30 per month
